Congratulations to the following people for being offered roles in KELT Atyrau’s upcoming production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”
If you accept this role, please reply to this email Nathan at firstname.lastname@example.org with a note that you accept, and please do so by Friday, January 22. Rehearsals will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at first, but I will not require everyone to be there every rehearsal. As we get closer to the performance (in late April or early May) you will be required to be there more often. A very detailed rehearsal schedule will be available at the first meeting of the cast.
If you are in this cast, our first meeting of all the cast will be on Tuesday, January 26 at QSI School from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Please plan to be at this meeting. At that time I will be giving rehearsal schedules and discussing details of the production.
If you are not on this list, you can still be involved in the production in very important ways. You are also welcome to attend the meeting on Tuesday if you would like to be involved.
Also, please check the contact information we have for you, and email me any corrections when you respond to accept your role.
